1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration
To access real-money gaming on je88, you must complete the registration process and create a je88 Account. When registering, you agree to:

5. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your je88 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
- Never share your je88 login details with any third party.
- Log out of your je88 Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
- Notify je88 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your credentials.
je88 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any wager placed using your je88 login credentials — whether or not made by you personally — will be treated as a valid wager made under your account.
6. Deposits & Payments
je88 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of transaction, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, GrabPay, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may change without prior notice.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. je88 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
- je88 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which je88 accepts no liability.
- Deposits are credited to your je88 Balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. je88 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
- All deposits are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at time of transaction.
7. Withdrawals
Members may request withdrawal of real-money funds held in their je88 Account Balance, subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have completed the required KYC verification process before any withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless je88 support expressly approves an alternative method in writing.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the je88 platform, which may vary by payment method. je88 processes requests promptly but is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
- je88 reserves the right to apply a processing review period to withdrawal requests, during which the Company may conduct additional verification checks as required by its anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
- Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
- je88 reserves the right to void and reclaim any withdrawal found to be the result of a technical error, system malfunction, or fraudulent activity.
8. Bonuses & Promotions
je88 offers various promotional incentives to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all je88 promotions unless individual promotion terms state otherwise:
- Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, and maximum withdrawable amounts derived from bonus play.
- Bonuses are available to eligible Members only and may be restricted by geographic location, account status, or the nature of the Member's prior activity on the platform.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly permits stacking.
- je88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Bonuses already credited will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
- Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
9. Gameplay Rules
All games available on the je88 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
- All wagers are final once confirmed. je88 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend a wager after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
- In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game server logs maintained by je88 and its game provider partners shall be the definitive record.
- je88 is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions, internet connectivity failures, or device malfunctions on the Member's side. If a live game session is interrupted, je88 will endeavour to reinstate the session in its last confirmed state where technically feasible.
- je88 reserves the right to void any wager placed during a period of technical malfunction affecting the integrity of the game outcome.

10. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the je88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Accessing je88 using false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information.
- Registering multiple accounts or facilitating account sharing with other persons.

11. Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your je88 Account.
- Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined time period. Once reached, further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, je88 shall not be liable to any Member for:

- The acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service providers integrated into the je88 platform.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit je88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Amendments
je88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, je88 will provide reasonable notice to Members via the email address registered to their je88 Account or through a prominent notice displayed on the je88 platform.
Your continued use of je88 following the effective date of any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the je88 platform and may request account closure by contacting je88 support.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute arising between a Member and je88 regarding any aspect of these Terms or the operation of the platform, the following resolution process applies:
- Step 1 — Internal Resolution: The Member shall submit a written complaint to je88 customer support. je88 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve the complaint within 14 calendar days.

- Step 3 — Alternative Dispute Resolution: If the matter cannot be resolved through internal channels, the parties may agree to refer the dispute to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider.
